What You'll Be Selling (& How You're Supported)
- Make $15k - $50k / month working 5 days per week (remotely)
- Wake up each morning to a calendar filled with qualified applicants who have been vetted, financially qualified, and scheduled a time to speak with an advisor about working with Leadr
- Selling a proven offer (1000+ clients enrolled) with an industry-leading track record of success (650+ Signature talks landed, 40 million views to our clients talks)
- Leverage dozens of testimonials
- Use a proven script
- Straight forward, minimal reporting systems (we keep inefficient admin time to a minimum)
- 2 all-expenses-paid company retreats per year
- Client success team with a 9.3/10 satisfaction rating from clients (and near 24/7 client support)...which means you can be certain your clients will get results
- Offer refund rate of less than 5% (less than half the industry average)
- Simple schedule of 5 days per week (includes all training, reporting, etc)

Who We're Looking For
- High Ticket Closers that have consistently been making over $15k / month in a commission role for at least 1+ year in the online education / coaching industry
- Self motivated people who can bounce back after a hard call (and who know how to manage their own energy)
- Genuinely kind and caring advisors
- Extremely coachable - you will be using the same script as our team and founder (no exceptions)
- Committed to growth - if you want to "coast" or stay where you are at in terms of income, this isn't for you
- Take full responsibility for your life and everything in it (Extreme Ownership)

- Have less than 1 years of sales experience
- Have never made more than $10,000 per month in a sales position

Outcomes & Responsibilities
30 Day Targets:
- Complete onboarding training project
- $100,000 in Monthly Cash Collected
- 15% closing rate on calls completed
60 Day Targets:
- $120,000 in Monthly Cash Collected
- 20% closing rate on calls completed
- $2,500 Cash / Taken Call
90 Day Targets:
- $160,000+ in Monthly Cash Collected
- 25%+ closing rate on calls completed
- $3,000+ Cash / Taken Call
Compensation & Benefits
Commission only - when performing within KPI you will be making $180,000 - $480,000+ per year working 5 days per week. Top Preforming Rep makes $40,000 - $50,000 in commissions monthly.
Full-time, 1099 position (set your own schedule)

- Company Training & Education Fund: $85,000 per year allocated for team member training and education -- just ask!
- 2x Annual All Expenses Paid Company Offsites: Our last few offsites include Costa Rica and Scottsdale, Orlando, and Nashville.
